01Who can ask for a refund
Anyone who bought a paid course from us directly on fornaxtechacademy.com can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
02How to request it
Send us an email or WhatsApp message with:
- the name and email address you used to buy
- the course name
- your payment ID or the date of purchase, if you have it
Telling us why is optional, but it helps us improve.
03When you get your money
- We confirm your refund within 2 working days of your request.
- The money goes back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay.
- Depending on your bank it usually arrives within 5–7 working days.
04After the refund
Your access to the course and all its bonuses, including the Typing Mastery course and eBooks, ends once the refund is processed.
05When refunds are not given
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
